Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition in which you received it

• Unworn and unused

• In its original packaging

• With all original tags attached

You must also provide a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned to us without first submitting and receiving approval for a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem when contacting us.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

• Personal care products, including beauty products

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

Please contact us before submitting a return request if you have questions or concerns about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Unfortunately, sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item.

Once your return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

The returned item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

You must also provide a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
