Shipping & Delivery Policy
At CHEALUXTE, we want every shopping experience to be clear, convenient, and worry-free. Each product is made with care, carefully packaged, and shipped with transparent delivery information so you know what to expect throughout the process.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All CHEALUXTE products are made to order specifically for you. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and postal holidays.
Processing Time
5–7 business days
During this period, your order is carefully produced, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Delivery Time
5–7 business days
Once your order has been shipped, it will begin making its way to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
10–14 business days from the date your order is placed
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, major sales events, periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will always make every reasonable effort to prepare and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
CHEALUXTE currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Our standard shipping rates are:

Standard Shipping: $4.99 for the first item, plus $3.00 for each additional item

Hawaii and Alaska: $25.99 for the first item, plus $10.00 for each additional item

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150
At this time, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or other U.S. military addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. This is normal and usually means that the carrier has not yet completed the first package scan. Updates should appear after the package enters the carrier’s delivery network.
INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that their shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address, or because it has been marked “Return to Sender,” we will refund the product subtotal after the returned package has been received and inspected.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
CHEALUXTE is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned because of:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;

An address entered incorrectly during checkout;

An unsuccessful delivery attempt; or
-
A forwarding or address-change request submitted directly to the shipping carrier after dispatch.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first:

Check around your property and delivery location;

Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package;

Check with your building manager, reception area, or mailroom; and
-
Allow an additional one or two business days, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before completing the final delivery.
You may also contact our support team, and we will assist you in reviewing the shipment information.
If the shipping carrier officially confirms that the package has been lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
If an item is missing from your order, it may have been shipped separately. Please check your shipping confirmation emails for additional tracking numbers before contacting us.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND FREE GIFTS
Complimentary gifts and free products received through promotional offers, including Buy One Get One promotions, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Products purchased at a discounted or promotional price may be eligible for return for store credit in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so that our team can review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
